James Brown, the "Godfather of Soul" has died at age 73. Brown was one of the most influential artists in the past 50 years. He not only influenced American music, but he also inspired many African artists, including Fela.

In honor of James Brown, I'm posting one of Franco's most unusual tracks, "Koun Koue! Edo Aboyi Ngai", in which he does an amusing impression of the Godfather of Soul.
