Eric Kamen and World Music

So I’m really getting into World Music these days. And I found this new artist on MySpace, and I’m really digging his World-amalgamated with HipHop and a touch of Flamenco guitar. The artist’s name is Eric Kamen.

I love Eric Kamen too!

I totally just found out about Eric Kamen too and I got his CD and love it! There is nothing else like it out there right now. Glad to see someone else is a fan too.

I hear that he has already been a hip-hop/R&B producer and you can definitely tell with the types of beats used on many of the tracks and the sound of the CD. So far my favorite song is called "Moshi Moshi" because of the percussion and the beautiful Spanish guitar sound. Just great to chill to while imagining you are somewhere far away and exotic. Did you get the CD yet? It's all great.
